NCYC’s Inner Spring Regatta

2013 NCYC Inner Spring Regatta start Carsten Kapinkski
NCYC announces that the 2013 Inner Spring regatta will be held on the weekend of the 31st August - 1st September 2013. Ably assisted by environmental consulting company EnviroPacific Service this year, will mark the third birthday for this regatta and represents a great way to wash off the winter cobwebs and spring into the 2013-14 summer of sailing.

Following the success of last year’s NCYC Inner Spring Regatta which surpassed expectations with 21 yachts competing a few minor tweaks have been included in 2013 version to ensure sailors get bang for the buck both on-water and off-water. This includes up to three races on the Saturday on an offshore windward leeward course and two races on the Sunday including a 20 - 25 mile distance race allowing boats to get into their stride!

With NCYC hosting the 2014 Audi IRC Australian Championships the 2013 EnviroPacific Inner Spring Regatta represents a great opportunity for sailors to test the race track on which next year’s big event will take place as well as enjoy the great social side of the regatta for which the event last years received some very positive feedback.
